FIRST NOTIFICATION OF LOSS
At Optima Claims we believe FNOL is one of the most important claims administration processes. We proactively encourage customers to report incidents as soon as possible to get the help they need and to control the cost of potential third party claims against them.
REPAIR MANAGEMENT
Repairs to all types of vehicles are managed via our network of insurer and manufacturer approved repairers. All Optima Claims approved repairers provide industry standard guarantees on all work carried out for complete peace of mind.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLES
We understand the need to get customers back up and running and help reduce vehicle downtime throughout the claim process. During vehicle downtime customers may be entitled to a like for like vehicle including cars, vans, HGV’s, coaches and other specialist vehicles.
UNINSURED LOSS RECOVERY
We have a dedicated team that can assist clients to recover uninsured losses. Our panel of legal experts assist with cases where we are encountering delays or difficulty in achieving settlement with third party insurers to reduce unnecessary delays.
CLAIM MITIGATION
We recognise claims costs can rise significantly as a result of uncontrolled third party claims. We work alongside our clients insurers to proactively assist in managing repairs and providing courtesy cars or other replacement vehicle solutions.
